The Opinions on Governing Pollution by Law insists on the comprehensive and accurate implementation of the rule of law documents issued by the Party Central Committee. This involves the work on the rule of law in the ecological environment and the Opinions on Deepening the Battle of Pollution Prevention and Control. It also puts forward specific and detailed implementation initiatives; insists on the comprehensive and accurate articulation of the central work of the ecological environment system to promote the promotion of gas, carbon reduction and ecological strength, and the increase of water, soil consolidation and risk prevention, and provides strong rule of law protection for them.
