Chen Tingting

Chen Tingting joined GIZ in 2017, with a focus on sustainable textiles, chemical management, and international environmental cooperation. She has worked extensively on stakeholder engagement and facilitating dialogues to promote environmentally and socially responsible practices across global value chains. She has played an active role in promoting triangular cooperation between Germany and China in third countries, particularly in Asia and Africa.

Since 2025, she has been part of the sustainable and low carbon urban development project, working on urban climate and green transportation topics. Based on that, she is now focusing on environmental topics under the Sino-German Environmental Partnership project.

She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and an ESG Investing Certificate from the CFA Institute.
