On November 30th, 2023, the State Council unveiled the “Action Plan to Improve Air Quality” with a primary focus on reducing PM 2.5 concentrations and NOx and VOC emissions. On December 23rd, 2023, MIIT and other 7 ministries issued “The Implementation Plan for Promoting Efficient and High-Value Utilization of Phosphorus Resources” to help reduce relevant pollution and improve resource recycling in these respective areas.
