Sun Shangchen is the Project Officer of the Sino-German Environmental Partnership Phase II and the Sino-German Environmental Partnership Phase III. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Tasmania in Australia. Shangchen has a background of both domestic and international working experience in project administration. Her current work mainly focuses on the administrative and financial management of the project.
